New things

I have created accounts in Rollyo, MSN Instant Messenger, and Skype. I added things to Rollyo and tried out searching for my camera information and liked how it only searches the sites you specify. I do not know if I will use this very often but it makes a nice filter. I guess I need to find login names to use Instant Messenger and Skype. Angel was not online to call so I am out of luck. My skype name is jdbrot. Still trying to figure out my Flickr problem, Joan.

You Tube and other page elements added.

I have added some page elements to my blog. I still can't get the Flickr photos to come up in a search. Weird. Anyway I am still learning about all of these resources and I really like the Netvibes RSS site. I am finding more links which are very helpful on this Web 2.0 stuff.

Frustration

I have posted 2 public photos in Flickr but they do not show up when searching "JCTC". The TAG, description and set all contain "jctc" but no luck. Arghh. Facebook is a peice of work too. I am learning that there are still a few bugs in the system.....

Web 2.0

I have added a Flickr, Facebook and Netvibes account. I am learning new stuff but finding working RSS links was aggravating (at least the ones I was interested in). Facebook does not want to send out my invitations so I am still working on it. Anyway this is a strange but fun way of finding out new things and places on the web.

Missing reserves.

I wish everyone would check returned reserve items for content before discharging. David Russell had one missing today and the students are unhappy.
